Moderator
The Town Moderator is elected by Town Meeting and serves a three-year term. The Moderator is responsible for regulating the proceedings of all Annual & Special Town Meetings, including deciding questions of order and making public declarations of all votes. The Moderator also annually appoints members to the Finance Committee and the Capital Improvement Planning Committee.

The current Town Moderator is Jan Levin Teehan. Her term expires in 2012.
