Commission on Disability
The Sandwich Commission on Disability is a five-member committee appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The Commission is charged with assisting in the inclusion and integration of people with disabilities in the activities, services and employment opportunities of the community in accordance with federal and state disability laws. The Commission sponsors the Handicap Parking Enforcement Program, a group of volunteers that document and report handicap parking violations to local authorities. 

The Committee does not meet on a regular basis as it is in need of new members. Please contact Town Hall if interested in serving.
