Site Plan Review Information
The Town of Sandwich offers a Site Plan Review process which allows you to present your proposed project to group of representatives from each permitting department in one meeting. This opportunity allows you to receive feedback from respective permitting departments that you may be involved with. We believe you will find this process to be beneficial and save you time in the development process of your project.

Information Requested for Review
In order to facilitate the permit review process and provide you with useful information, the Permit Review Committee requests the following information be submitted 14 days prior to your meeting date.
- Any impacts to waste water and drainage systems
- Description of use
- Lot number
From existing information (plans):
- Access and parking
- Drainage and drainage system
- Locus plan
- Septic, and well (if applicable)
- Structures and setbacks from lot lines
Add to this a simple footprint outline (to scale preferably) of the proposed addition including additions to the systems listed above in 1., 2., and 3. as currently conceived.
