Please be advised that pavement repairs for recent drainage work on Grand Oak Road, Pleasantwood Drive, and Dogwood Drive are tentatively scheduled for Monday 3/9/2020. The General Contractor has prepared each area in anticipation of the paving and has taken measures to allow continued access until this is complete. Raised drainage structure castings have been painted and coned off, and gravel ramps have been provided to allow for vehicle passage, however care must be taken negotiating these areas until the paving is complete. The weather forecast indicates that there is potential for plowable snow overnight tonight. The contractor is aware and will have staff available to assist DPW with snow removal efforts at these locations tonight to maintain passable conditions.
