Fire Chief John Burke and Director of Public Health provide an update on the Town of Sandwich’s response to Coronavirus.  They are joined by Susan Marancik, Senior and Community Service Director  and Jackie Lane, Executive Director, NAMI, Cape Cod and the Islands who offer details of support services for Seniors and offer some suggestions on how to cope with social isolation.   We’d also like to remind anyone in the Town of Sandwich that has travelled to New York City or the Greater New York metropolitan area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut), that the White House Coronavirus Task Force has asked that you self- isolate for a period of 14 days.  This is for your own health and the health of others as NYC is currently an epicenter of the COVID–19 pandemic.
