Follow Chief Burke and Director of Health Dave Mason on a Tour of the Drive Through Flu Clinic Route. Please enter the clinic flu clinic from Beale Avenue to Morse Road. Drive Thru Flu Clinic for residents over the age of 19. Please make an appointment by contacting the Public Health Nurse - 508-833-8020  Please be prepared and complete your Insurance and Consent Form.
