COVID-19 Command Team – Vaccination Information-  The Town of Sandwich has provided Cape Cod Healthcare with several hundred contacts for all known over 75 and high risk residents in our community. Cape Cod Healthcare will be making contact with residents beginning next week. If you have previously contacted the Town of Sandwich or Cape Cod Elder Services about a vaccine, you have been included in the list provided to Cape Cod Healthcare.  If you have questions about vaccines please contact the Town of Sandwich COVID-19 Vaccination Hotline, 774-413-0364.

Barnstable County will begin holding clinics beginning next week at Cape Cod Community College.  Barnstable County will announce clinics  for first does 24hrs in advance and once announced residents may select the Barnstable County/Cape Cod Community College location through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts site scheduler https://vaxfinder.mass.gov/. If you are unable to make an appointment electronically please dial 211 and you will be assisted with the process.
