Town Proposes Water Infrastructure Investment Funds (WIIF)  - to advance the town’s Comprehensive Water Resources Management Plan (CWRMP). Article 6 of the Annual Town Meeting on Monday, May 3, 2021, proposes to invest $1M in WIIF funds on engineering for the collection, conveyance, treatment and disposal of waste water and on the design and implementation of water quality improvements for the Shawme Ponds.  This is the first of four (4) Part Series of informational videos about the WIIF, how it impacts the taxpayer, the CWRMP scope, purpose and timeline  and about other funding sources and collaborations planned to reduce the financial impact of the CWRMP while improving water quality and increasing economic opportunity for the Sandwich Community.
