The Health Departments weekly testing of the Town’s Public Bathing Beaches finds that all water bodies are well below bathing beach exceedance levels.  Peters Pond, Snake Pond, Wakeby Ryder Pond, East Sandwich Salt Water Beach, Mill Creek, Town Neck Beach and First Beach at the Canal are all safe for swimming and meet the State Bathing Water Quality Standards.

Also, the weekly Cyanobacteria testing has determined that All Public Freshwater Beaches are below reportable limits, thus determined to be low.  The Public Beach at Peters Pond Oakcrest Cove tested low, so there is no longer an Advisory Posted at Peters Pond.  There is no longer an Advisory at the Camp Good News Beach on Snake Pond.

Enjoy your weekend and be safe.
