The Sandwich Public Health Nursing department has scheduled 2021 Flu Shot Clinics!

Tuesday, October 12th, 9:00am to 2:00pm
Wednesday, October 13th, 9:00am to 2:00pm
Clinics are located at 270 Quaker Meetinghouse Road, East Sandwich

To register for HIGH DOSE flu shot for those ages 65 and up, click HERE.

To register for the REGULAR DOSE flu shot for those ages 19 and up, click HERE.

*Appointments are required* You can also call the office at 508-833-8020 to set up your appointment or with any questions. If you are insured, please have your insurance cards ready when you call the office. 
Most insurances will cover the flu shot. Please bring ALL medical insurance cards including Medicare and Masshealth.
Please wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.
Please wear a short sleeved shirt.
Pregnant women in their 3rd trimester, Adults who will be having surgery, or anyone undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments should call to make an appointment prior to the clinics.
