The responsibilities of the committee will include the following:

• Inform and educate the public about cable television service;
• Assess the cable needs of the community;
• Assist in gathering information about the cable operator's (Comcast's) performance; and,
• Make recommendations to the cable TV license "Issuing Authority," i.e., the Sandwich Board of Selectmen.
