All States Material Group of Sunderland, MA is scheduled to apply an asphalt-rubber surface treatment on the following roadways beginning on September 27, 2022:

·    Checkerberry Lane

·    Earl Road

·    Fox Bottom Circle

·    Grandwood Drive

·    Ladyslipper Lane

·    Lichen Lane

·    Little Acorn Lane

·    Manor Drive

·    Nobby Way

·    Old Fields Road

·    Settlers Path

·    Van Buskirk Way

Residents are REQUIRED to turn off their irrigation systems, starting on September 19, 2022, during the hours of 4am-6pm to avoid possible work postponement or delays caused by wet pavement.

The roadways will be open to traffic while the work is ongoing, although drivers should expect delays and use alternate routes if possible.
