Please be advised that road work on Water Street (State Route 130 between Main Street and Shawme Road) is anticipated to begin Tuesday, June 6, 2023.  The scope involves milling, paving, and related work.  Travelers should expect delays as access to portions of the road will be restricted while the work is underway.  Through traffic may be periodically detoured.  Access to area homes will be maintained but may be occasionally delayed.  Full access will be restored at the end of each work day.  The work is being conducted by MassDOT and their contractor, Lawrence-Lynch Corp. of Falmouth, MA, and is planned to continue through June.
