Need a rainy day activity?   ACK Marine, the Town’s General Contractor for Boardwalk reconstruction has carefully logged and removed boardwalk planks from Town Neck Beach to the Mill Creek Bridge, and our Department of Public Works have made them available to pick up!  Please use this spreadsheet and this map to find your plank number.  If your plank is numbered between numbers 249-1283, your plank is now available. Planks were salvaged from the marsh back in the Winter of 2022 and not claimed are also available.   Please refer to this inventory. Once you know your plank number, it may be picked up at the Administration Office at the Sandwich Municipal Office Building located at 100 Route 6A, Sandwich, MA 02563.   

A limited number of blank planks are available for a minimum $25.00 donation to the future maintenance of the new Boardwalk, they come in 5’ and 7’ lengths and cash or check donations will only be accepted.   Please make checks payable to the Town of Sandwich.  We will sell them until they are gone on a first come first come basis.
