Binder Course Paving is anticipated to occur on Tuesday August 29, 2023 on Sea Meadow Drive & Wellington Circle, as shown on the attached map.  The work will be performed by Lawrence Lynch Corp. and will begin at 6:30 am.  The roadway will be closed periodically while portions of the work is ongoing, and access to area homes and business’ may be delayed until the work is complete.  The work is weather dependent and may be cancelled without notice.  Motorists are asked to pay attention to signage and the guidance of safety officers, and use alternate routes if possible.
