Due to the ongoing paving work at the Town Neck Beach parking lot, the Town of Sandwich will not begin checking beach stickers, or collecting one-day passes, until after the parking lot is 100% complete. We anticipate this will be done sometime during the week of June 10th. (The parking lot is currently OPEN, and will remain open until further notice at which time the final paving/striping work will be done during the week of 6/10-6/14.) As a result, we anticipate the Town will not staff the parking lots until the weekend of June 15-16. The Town will staff the parking lots that weekend, and the weekend of June 22-23. Then, starting on June 28, the Town will begin staffing 7 days per week. Also, as a reminder, the Sandwich beach sticker allows Sandwich residents free access into Sandy Neck Beach Park. Sandy Neck will begin checking for beach stickers at their gatehouse starting on Saturday May 25. Questions, please call the Sandwich Recreation Department at (508) 888-4361. Thank you!
