The updated Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) has been prepared to comply with requirements of EPA’s recently reauthorized NPDES Phase 2 MS4 Stormwater Regulations and permit issued to the Town. This program is a continuation of the Town’s previous SWMP prepared in 2004 under the former EPA MS4 permit.
